The purpose of the User Groups will be to primarily act in the best interest of the users of Remedy Action Request (AR) System and related products, systems, and services, and:

  • To create and maintain a formal user group that will advance the purpose of User Group;
  • To provide a forum for the open sharing of ideas, best practices and methodologies, and the free exchange of information among users of the Remedy AR System and related products, systems, and services;
  • To provide a forum where users can address topics of concern to a broad number of users;
  • To reduce redundant development efforts among users of Remedy AR System and related products , systems, and services for applications of general interest or use;
  • To promote guidelines and best practices methodologies, where appropriate, and to provide channels for exchanging relevant information between Peregrine Systems users;
  • To coordinate and assist in educational initiatives through organized meetings and other networking opportunities;
  • To provide a common, active voice for our users to express their needs, requirements, concerns, and suggestions to Remedy AR System;
  • To advance the effective utilization of Remedy AR System and related products, systems, and services by promoting the free exchange of information pertaining to the use of such products, systems, and services.
