This meeting was held at the Denali office in Bellevue. v
Presentation – Top 5 Remedy Enhancements – by Geoff
Endresen from Denali Ø Use EXTERNAL table qualifications to allow one table field to show tickets by Group for a selected Group. Ø Add attachment fields and View Field to view in User Tool. Ø Email with URL for Mid-Tier for end user to view ticket. Ø Add your Company logo to the top of Login/Logout pages. Ø Cascading Menu on Category/Type/Item. v From the class (requested to show next time): Ø Steve Earley – Virtual addressing for web logins by application Ø Bryan DeForrest – make Auto-assignments based on Group AND Individual membership. Ø John Riegel – Global and Shared fields Ø John Riegel – Good uses for join fields Ø John/Rick – Password Change form for end users – without requiring re-authentication to take effect.
