The group meets the third Tuesday of each month at participating company locations. The
charter of the group is to provide area Remedy Users a forum for information sharing and
networking. It is our goal as a group to provide each member the opportunity to share
success stories, hear how others are using the product, get tips and help from other
members and get new product information. We also are providing feedback to Remedy for
input in future product enhancements.
The members of our group consist of users, administrators and managers for a variety of
